We just got our carpets cleaned by Power Plus. It was absolutely terrific. I had a precious experience with another carpet cleaner that was terrible and turned me off completely from carpet cleaning - it left a residue and my carpets got dirty so fast afterward. Not this time! With Power Plus they use NO SOAP and there is NO RESIDUE. They even sprayed a liquid that removed he residue from the terrible cleaning I had before. My carpet is 10 years old and it looks brand new. Devron totally took care of us and gave us a great deal. They were super professional and so nice. I love when I get to deal with people who know how to do their job well, and these guys know how to clean carpets. I'm so happy my friend recommended them. Got our couches, carpet, and tile cleaned today. Fantastic service! We actually got the owner today! They (there were two guys in addition to the owner) were super cute with my kids running in and out and asking questions. Best price out of the three services I looked at. Totally recommend them! I should also mention, they gave me the best price breakdown when I called. They also wrote everything down for me when they came, so I could see what cost what and I could easily decide what I wanted done. And they had no issues moving furniture around for me. I've had some people take issue with that. These guys, I didn't even ask. They just did it. Still a happy customer. They did my carpets today and they looks great! We were referred to Power Plus by a friend and owner of a carpet store so we thought we would give them a try. The quoting process, reminder emails and interactions with thier employees were all vey positive. Connor, the technician, was excellent! He explained the available services and took his time cleaning our carpets. He pointed out potential problem spots and gave those more attention to ensure the best results possible. He was very thorough and seemed to put quality over speed, which I greatly appreciated. There are probably cheaper options out there but for the number of times you have your carpet cleaned, I feel it is well worth spending a little more money for a quality job. Overall it was great customer experience, I highly recommend Connor and Power Plus. ~ DA

Wow! A very professional appearing, 3-man team with clean, well maintained equipment showed up to do our 6 month carpet cleaning rather than our old carpet cleaners and they did a thorough cleaning. Actually cleaned the carpet! Who does that anymore? We didn't have to ask them to clean our traffic paths again, they did it right the first time. They had a very ingenious temporary entryway surrounding their hoses that prevented my Labradoodle from wanting to walk out the door exposing her to the nasty dog catchers who are always hunting them in our city. It has been about 14 years of various carpet cleaners coming to ply their trade, but this trial run with Power Plus was a 110% satisfaction experience. We are using them next to clean our hardwood floor grooves. ~ Robert B

I am so impressed with Cody, Brayden, and Power Plus Cleaning. They did restoration work on my elderly parents' 130-year old home which had significant water damage from a leak. The work was high-quality and they even made the cabinets look like the previous design, which made my mom so happy. They were extremely patient and kind with my parents and were communicative with me and with them throughout the process. I live out of state and it was really difficult to help oversee this from another location, but Cody really helped with referrals, communication, and explanations given in terms that were clear for my parents. I was looking for a carpet cleaner to clean our carpet in our basement bedroom that was flooded a couple months ago and decided to have a couple other areas cleaned as well at the same time. I tried another company before Power Plus and that was a big mistake! After having them come out twice because I could still see spots I finally told them I wanted a refund and called Power Plus. This company was great to work with and they got my white carpets super clean the first time! Cody was very nice and great to work with and even offered me a slight discount because I was so frustrated after working with the other company. Although they are little more money than other companies they do a fantastic job and you won't be disappointed! ~ Kristin C

I loved power plus cleaning! The service worker, John, called me when he was on the way, then when he arrived was courteous and attentive to all my needs. He did a thorough examination of my carpets and then after explaining all my options and their associated costs, helped me select the service that would fit my needs. There was no pressure! The job was bigger than I first described over the phone but John was able to accommodate me. And the carpets? Fantastic and fluffy! I never knew they could look so good! We have three dogs and all of the pet stains were gone – including a red Jell-O stain in the family room. I was very happy with power plus and will definitely use them again!!! We were planning on just replacing our carpet because how old, warn, and gross it was. Since Covid, we had to reprioritize some things and decided it was best to just get it cleaned for now. We had very low expectations because of our carpet but the results were amazing. The carpet color is almost like new. We still need to replace it because it's so warn out but it truly looks and feels amazing. The two man crew were clean cut, very professional, and got straight to work. They went above and beyond my expectations and even cleaned things I was expecting to be cleaned. They even through in a free spot treatment bottle of cleaner in case some spots came back. I recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. ~ Russell S

I hired Power Plus Cleaning to clean up the carpet disaster my renters left for me. I was banking that their videos on their Facebook page would be what happened at my house. My light brown carpet was BLACK and I had stains everywhere (red, candy, etc). I truly believed I might have to replace the carpet this year. MY JAW WAS ON THE FLOOR when I saw my carpets once Power Plus cleaned them. I could not be happier and Jimmy was the best ever! He sent me photos while I was at work and kept me updated. I honestly thought the pictures he sent were too good to be true but when I arrived at my townhouse my mind was blown. They looked like new. A few more characteristics about their team: Integrity, Honesty & Communication. From start to finish they made the process simple. I appreciated their communication through SMS, phone and internet tools. They arrived within the short window provided and did an excellent cleaning job. Quality vs cost was spot on. A few weeks after the cleaning, my wife realized she lost her wedding rings and some jewelry. We narrowed it down to the day our carpets were cleaned and I discuss it with both Devron and Jamen. They both were so respectful and helped us through the stressful process. In the end, they were misplaced by us and I cannot say enough how well they handled us questioning them. We were embarrassed that we misplaced them but so grateful for the honesty of Jamen. Devron has a fantastic crew and I would recommend them over any other cleaner. We have had Power Plus clean our home before and had a very pleasant experience. They are very responsive and get you on the schedule quickly. We had them back recently and a new technician was servicing our carpets. He accidentally poured too much cleaning solution upstairs, to the point of dripping through our main floor light fixtures. The owner immediately responded and came to make sure that everything was taken care of. Not only did they go the extra mile to make sure that there was no damage, they also painted and replaced baseboards that had some minor bubbling due to the excess water. At the end of the day, our carpets are perfectly clean with no damage. The real character of a business comes out when things go poorly, and Power Plus really came through for us. I would 100% recommend them and we will definitely be using them for future services. ~ Derek P

Our carpets were so dirty and beat down in high traffic areas. I had little hope for the carpet but I at least wanted it cleaned. My expectations we far surpassed!!! The customer service was great. I received a call the night before to confirm my appointment and to let me know my service representative would be a bit late due to the storm. The day of I received a call from my service representative confirming he’d be a bit late but was right on time with the time he said he’d arrive. We went over why areas I needed cleaning and he went to work. It took about 2 hours just like I was told. I’m not sure of all the tools he used (I don’t know my carpet cleaning tools, sorry 🤷‍♀️) My carpet has been given a second life!! It looks fantastic!! I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I watched an amazing video of Power Plus cleaning a very dirty carpet and decided to try them. Don worked for two and a half hours on three rooms, a hallway plus our kitchen tile. Our tile looks like the day it was finished many years ago - it's so clean and pretty! The carpets look wonderful too. We have a few spots where previous cats made stupid choices. I could have paid for more in-depth cleaning, all the way to the sub floor, but I chose not to. The cat smell is barely noticeable now - way less apparent than before. Don said he might not be able to get a big dark water stain out but it came out! The hallway, dark down the middle, is spiffy clean! I've used other companies in the past and a few days later I'm not so satisfied. It's been three days now, the carpets are dry and stains have not returned. Power Plus was amazing, I had an emergency in my home that needed to be taken care of pretty quickly and they delivered. I text them and the very same day they showed up at my house and got the job done in the perfect amount of time. Kyle was very thorough with what I needed taken care of. He took good care of my walls and covered the corners so they wouldn’t get damaged. He focused on the spots that needed to be cleaned the most and didn’t miss anything. Power plus did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets throughout the house. We have some rooms with old carpet, and a few rooms with new carpet. Devron was incredibly knowledgeable. We have an indoor/outdoor dog, Devron used a black light to see where there had been accidents during the potty training phase and addressed those spots with extra care and attention. This is the second time we've had them out to clean our carpets. We get it done every year or so. They were upfront about not always being able to get rid of pet urine smell, which I appreciate… Because it’s just how it is with carpet sometimes. I appreciated the honesty. Everyone I interacted with at the company, whether over the phone calls, or the technician in-person, was super friendly. Now my carpet is just drying out after the treatment, and you can assume that the treatment worked if I don’t come back to update the review saying otherwise. 😀 The technician was on time, super respectful of our space, and was in and out quickly. We had Kade with Power Plus Cleaning & Restoration come out to our home and clean our carpet. Before he even started he came in and checked out our carpet to see what would be best for us. He was fantastic. He gave us 4 different options and left it up to us. Our carpet, I know, wasn't easy to clean. Kade put everything he had in cleaning our carpet. With how hard our carpet was, he was able to bring our carpets back to the point they almost look new. Here's the deal, I love great service and I love a clean house. Power Plus is the only option for carpet cleaning for our family. They truly do so much more than carpet cleaning. They do carpet restoration. Our house looks like the day it was built every time they visit. We have four young children who truly use the house as their playground. Power Plus makes is possible to relax and let them play. We lost their number once and used another company. Huge mistake. Do not loose their number. I reached out to have my carpets cleaned (I have 3 kids with one on the way and we have been quarantined for nearly 4 weeks now so you can see why I needed this service) and I got a quick response and they were able to fit me on the schedule promptly. The rep called on his way and was very punctual and polite. My carpets look like new and he was able to deep clean my area rugs as well. The price was fair, competitive and worth every penny. Great service! We had Kade and Conner clean the carpet of 3 rooms and 4 closets; along with 2 rugs, and 2 couches. They were fast, efficient, and professional. We wanted the carpets cleaned before moving out, and even though the house is less than a year old, Kade and Conner made the carpets look and feel better than the condition it was previously in—and we thought the carpets less than a year ago was in great condition! Power Plus Cleaning is definitely the best carpest cleaners I've used! They are professional, customer oriented and they communicate with their customers. They keep you updated if they are running behind and will let you know when they are on their way. I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor, the technician. He was kind, so friendly and very thorough. Really great service - the individuals were professional they had corner guards they used on every wall or piece of furniture so nothing got scratched. Super easy explanation of add-ons like sanitization Scotchgard etc. With up-front pricing. They moved furniture back in place and took the time to show me the difference once they finished the hallway before the start of the living room so I could see the the difference. They called before coming so I knew what time they would be arriving — super easy process and I thought the carpets looked really great. I would definitely recommend and use again! ~ Jennifer N

I was a little skeptical after watching the video where Power Plus transforms some extremely dirty carpet into what looks like brand new... Decided to give them a try and I'm happy to report they did a fantastic job and the carpet looks great! I had a fitness product sitting in my living room for quite a while that left some lines on the carpet that weren't coming out. I hired another well known carpet cleaning company and they spent some time on the stains but with no luck getting them out. Again, Power Plus somehow got those same stains out. I'm happy with their service and would highly recommend! ~ BCB

Don was very professional and honest when he came to clean my carpets. I showed him some red spots and he told me he’d probably have to use a special cleaner to get them out and told me how much it would cost extra to do it. He also said there were some high traffic areas that wouldn’t come completely clean because of the damage to the carpet. When he finished with the initial cleaning he didn’t end up having to use the special cleaner, and the high traffic areas did come clean! I was very impressed with how good a job he did and the speed with which he got it done. I will definitely be using Power Plus again! ~ Kristy B
